  • 50g (1.7oz) feta cheese, we used Danish feta 
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt 
  • 1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil 
  • ½ lemon, juiced 
  • 1 tbsp water 


Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 

Place the carrots wedges in a bowl. Pour the olive oil excessive. Season with sea salt, floor cinnamon and chilli flakes. Use your palms to toss the carrots and guarantee they’re evenly coated.
